Baratza Preciso grinder issues ...

Normally I would use a grinder setting of 6 to 10 for my Baratza Preciso. Lately the setting has gone lower i.e: 1A. For a grind setting that low, it is normally for turkish grind.
So I went to Baratza website and found the troubleshooting page. I must say that the website has a very comprehensive troubleshooting guide for various issues. They even provide a PDF step by step guide on resolving the issue. For those who still need more guidance, they also have a YouTube link (Baratza Channel) to help you troubleshoot the problem.
For my case, I looked through the Grind Quality Issues tutorial and found out that my burr holder flange is cracked.
This part is from the Top Ring Burr.
So I called the retailer and managed to send it for repair and service.
