In my previous blog post, I shared my experience about my Baratza Preciso Grinder. I bought the grinder at Papa Palheta somewhere in February 2014. I called them up and they say I could bring the grinder to them for repair and servicing.
I met John at the Annex and he was very efficient in his dealing with the issue. He gave a thorough look at my grinder and assured me that it would take a couple of days for the servicing guys to repair it. They would give me a call though before proceeding with the repair. He even told me not to worry and the repair estimates may be roughly in the $100 range.

While he was preparing the service and repair form, I had a good look around the Annex. It has a wide range of coffee beans. In front of each type of coffee beans, they provide a plastic container and in it the beans have been grind and you can open the container and differentiate the aroma of the different types of beans.

There are also a wide variety of accessories for the coffee enthusiasts.

There are milk pitchers, Chemex, Hario V60 drippers and Hario range servers.

A wide variery of Reg Barber tampers.

There's also a Hario Woodneck Drip Pot and a couple of Hario V60 drip.

These two really caught my attention. It is the Syphon on the left and the Water Dripper on the right.

There's also a variety of Acme Cups for your Cafe Latte, Cappuccino and Espresso.

Some essential products to help you maintain your espresso machine, Hario Mini Mill Slim Coffee grinder as well as a Hario Scale.

From the left, Replacement Bristle heads, Milk Froth Cleaning Brush Set, Grindminder and Digital Thermometer.
