Pour over coffee using Hario V60

Here's my setup for pour over coffee.

As shown above, i'm using a Hario kettle with a gooseneck. It really helps to reach out to the entire circumference of the Hario V60 dripper and the long narrow tip ensures controlled pour. The Ball mason jar has really done a good job at keeping the coffee beans fresh.

Ethiopia Konga Yirgacheffe Natural Grade 1 beans. I'm weighing 26 gms to be grind at medium. (16-18 on a baratza grinder)

Pour 40 ml of water to bloom for 40 secs.

Blooming in process.

Hario drip stand is useful if there is a need to prepare more coffee. It also looks aesthetically pleasing.

Brewing time should be around 2 mins and 30 secs.

Ready to serve.
