Using the Hario Coffee and Server Set. The Hario product can be found on this link. Will be making a few rounds so will be transferring the cold brew in the Ball Mason Jars.

Using the Hario Coffee Paper filter.

Using my Hario V60 Drip Kettle to pre warm the paper filter and the server set. It helps to get rid of the papery taste.

Getting ready the jar with 150 gm of ice cube.

Weighing the coffee beans at 20 gm

Using my Baratza Preciso grind at 13F setting.

Made a small indentation with the knuckle of my index finger.

Pouring 40 ml off the boil water in circular motion and let it bloom for 40 secs.

After bloom, continue pouring the rest of the 110ml of water.

The coffee will drip to the ice. The whole process will roughly take about 2 mins.

All done! Ready to be served or you can be stored in the fridge for later.
